Joe graduated from Assumption College with a BA in Biology concentrating in exercise physiology. After playing four years of soccer and leading his team as captain, Joe went on to pursue a career in physical therapy at Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital while coaching and training athletes. Soon after, Joe began working under the tutelage of Brian McDonough at Edge Performance Systems in Foxboro, MA. After spending 4 years working with athletes at the high school, college, and professional level, Joe founded the Hub City Cycle & Training and where he continues to develop Massachusetts’ top athletes. KERI MANTIE - Keri is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS,NSCA). She received her Master’s Degree in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College and her Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology from UMass Boston. In over 15 years of training, she has worked as a strength coach for Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning and has interned as a strength coach for the University of Tulsa, The College of the Holy Cross and Boston University. Since 2003, Keri has been a Master Trainer at Fitness Unlimited in Milton, MA. where she was also the Director of Personal Training until 2010 when she became a first time mom to twin boys. Keri most recently completed her coursework through Balance Body University to become a certified Pilates Instructor on both the reformer and mat apparatus.
JILL DUFFY – She brings YEARS of experience to Hub City. Holds certifications in Primary Group Fitness, TRX, Cycle, Kickboxing, Body Pump and Group power. Has been instructing at Boston Globe, Dunkin Donuts, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and FM Global.
CHRISTINE MACKIE – A true veteran in the fitness industry. A CPT for over 10 years, certified by the NCSF and also holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a minor in math. Other fitness certifications include: Crossfit Level One Coach, Certified Nutritionist, spinning, core board, physioball, and Reiki I therapy. Experienced in group training, personal training, program design, fitness & nutrition consulting for all ages and fitness levels.
MOLLY SIEGEL -Molly has completed a 100-hr yoga teacher training currently working towards my RYT-200. I have also completed an intensive yoga teacher training and intensive YogaSculpt training with CorePower Yoga. Additionally I hold a BS in Sports Biology from Springfield College. Yoga has given Molly so many gifts over the past decade, and it was a passion for sharing those gifts that brought her to teaching. Molly invites general yoga practitioners to play with their practice in creative and challenging ways. By introducing athletic sequences in a lighthearted and welcoming class setting, her intention is to guide students towards self-empowerment. Additionally, Molly holds a BS in Sports Biology and draws on this background to set up a safe foundation for her students’ practices to flourish. She cannot wait for you to join her on the mat!!!
